Q. Can I hire you for just wedding design ? Or just coordination ?
A. I've seen first hand what happens when a vendor or brand is chosen, that doesn't aligned correctly with a vision. This is why design + coordination are only offered simultaneously.
Q. Do you limit communication to a certain number of : meetings, phone calls, or e-mails ?
A. Definitely not. The more communication the better. I simply encourage my clients to be confident and timely in their decision making. Bi-weekly phone calls at the beginning of the planning process are not only offered, they are encouraged. Here, we'll lay the foundation for the details to come later in the year. You'll find that there will be some breathing room after vendors are hired and plans are set in place - this is normal, it is here we ask you to "just be" with your partner. Let us do the work. Then, as your special day approaches, our communication will pick back up, and before you know it, you'll be sipping champagne under the stars.
Q. How many weddings do you book a year ?
A. Less than 10. During business hours, I'm yours. I'm also passionate about education and lifting other brands and business professionals up. When I'm not working on weddings, you'll find me working on editorials or photography workshops. When I'm not working, I'm enjoying my two young children, hard working husband, and two crazy australian shepherds.
Q. What is the difference between a designer v. stylist ?
A. When I design, I'm creating a complete vision, from the feel of the event, to the venue, to the food. When I'm styling, I'm following that vision through, making sure all of the vendors and details hired or p on the day-of your event.
